The Mission Society provides global missionary support through missionary recruiting, missionary training and equipping church leaders and others to lead international and short-term mission trips. Based in Norcross, GA, The Mission Society was originally formed to support Methodist missionaries, but now works with a variety of Wesleyan denominations offering missionary training, missionary seminars, missionary workshops and church leadership training throughout the United States and around the world.

North America


North America’s college and university campuses are home to millions of students that have chosen not to follow Christ. The graduate and postgraduate years are times of intense transition as life decisions are being made, futures are determined, dreams are sought and impressions are formed. These mission fields are served by the Wesley Foundation campus ministries around the nation as they seek to offer an alternative to the purely secular lifestyle. Our missionaries are supported through donors and act as missionaries to North America.

 

Prayer Requests

  • For students to stand firm in their faith and not live as the world around them
  • For the Wesley directors and interns around the country, that they would be refreshed and encouraged to continue the work
  • For revival among young people in the U.S., many of whom are searching for something to believe in
