Vice President - Mission Personnel and Preparation, and Resident Missiologist 
In his role as vice president for mission personnel and preparation, and resident missiologist, Darrell Whiteman oversees the mission mobilization, training, and pastoral care departments. He combines his experience in cross-cultural mission and in the classroom to develop curriculum of theological and missiological training for national church leaders that does not rely on formal seminary training. In addition, he provides advanced seminars and training sessions for Mission Society missionaries and regularly lectures abroad.
