The Mission Society provides global missionary support through missionary recruiting, missionary training and equipping church leaders and others to lead international and short-term mission trips. Based in Norcross, GA, The Mission Society was originally formed to support Methodist missionaries, but now works with a variety of Wesleyan denominations offering missionary training, missionary seminars, missionary workshops and church leadership training throughout the United States and around the world.

Patty Harrington

Patty has years of experience at the local level as chairperson of her church's mission team and organizer of mission events. Her love for people and willingness to serve the Lord has prompted her to serve with The Mission Society as a Mission Representative. She has also been a part of two short-term teams to Kazakhstan.

Mission Representatives assist The Mission Society by serving as volunteers in a variety of capacities. They raise awareness regarding the ministries of The Mission Society, recruit new missionary candidates, speak at church services and other events, lead short-term mission trips, and attend mission conferences. Mission Representatives currently reside in many states in the continental U.S. and are available to travel to your area.
