Frank is vice president for Human Resources and Discipleship. At The Mission Society we recognize that people are our greatest resource. Frank's heart is to "enable others to excel in knowing Christ and making Christ known in fulfillment of the Great Commission of Jesus Christ." In addition to the classic HR functions of payroll and benefit, Human Resources & Discipleship also includes the ministries of cross-cultural mobilization and care.
