Jim and Angela founded La Fonderie in Paris, “to value, encourage, inspire and embolden Christians working in the arts,” investing in a generation of artists who will impact and create culture. After a decade in France, the Beises relocated to the United States because of the special needs of their youngest child. Jim continues as the executive director of La Fonderie, working with artists in France and developing artist networks in Europe and Canada. With a focus on emerging leaders and urban churches, Jim also serves as European regional coordinator for The Mission Society.
