The Mission Society provides global missionary support through missionary recruiting, missionary training and equipping church leaders and others to lead international and short-term mission trips. Based in Norcross, GA, The Mission Society was originally formed to support Methodist missionaries, but now works with a variety of Wesleyan denominations offering missionary training, missionary seminars, missionary workshops and church leadership training throughout the United States and around the world.

John O. McNairy

Ministry description:

John is the president and CEO of several organizations including; Harvey Enterprises, Tidewater Transit Co. Inc., and L. Harvey & Son Company. He also serves as the vice president of Mallard Oil Company and as a partner of Ware, Hopkins, Dunlevie & McNairy law firm.

John earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina. He is involved in a number of civic and professional organizations and is active in his church, Queen Street United Methodist Church.

John is married to Leigh and together they have four grown children.

John has served on The Mission Society board since 2008.
