Kristen earned a degree in Social Work and International Studies from the University of Iowa. She is partnering with the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Tanzania (ELCT) to share the love and hope of Christ with the people of Morogoro, Tanzania. She will assist the local church with children's ministries and coordinating Vacation Bible Schools. Additionally, Kristen will work with and encourage kindergarten teachers as they seek to reach out to their communities.
