The Mission Society provides global missionary support through missionary recruiting, missionary training and equipping church leaders and others to lead international and short-term mission trips. Based in Norcross, GA, The Mission Society was originally formed to support Methodist missionaries, but now works with a variety of Wesleyan denominations offering missionary training, missionary seminars, missionary workshops and church leadership training throughout the United States and around the world.

Missionary Lori Potts steps in as Mission Representative Manager

April 15, 2008 Mission Society News
Missionary Lori Potts steps in as Mission Representative Manager

Lori Potts, former missionary to Central Asia, is currently serving as The Mission Society's Mission Representative Manager. Johanna Stahl will be taking a leave of absence for the remainder of 2008 and asked Lori to step in while she is away. Volunteer Mission Representatives help pastors, mission committees, and individuals implement the vision the Lord is giving them to reach the world with the Gospel. We currently have dozens of representatives who also introduce The Mission Society where it is yet unknown and assist those called to mission ministry to begin the application process.

If you have a passion for missions and desire to serve the Lord through The Mission Society as a volunteer Mission Representative, please contact the Church Ministry Department (800.478.8963, ext. 9043).
